Chelsea’s Starrett-Lehigh Building is about to become bridal’s busiest address. Mélange de Blanc returns to New York with its New York Bridal Market, October 13–15, 2026, in what organizers call its most expansive market yet: more than 65 bridal designers and brands spanning couture, accessories, and Mother of the Bride. Coming off a successful spring debut at the same venue, the market is scaling up fast.
The three-day programming leans into experience: interactive activations, curated designer presentations, and multi-designer runway opportunities give brands several formats to meet buyers — and each other. For a wholesale market, that variety is the product. Retailers don’t just flip through lookbooks here; they walk the floor, see the construction up close, and talk business face to face.
Bringing Couples Into Bridal Week
New this season is “Celebrate: The NYBFW Event for Couples” with The Wedding Masterclass, set for Wednesday, October 14, 6:30–8:30 PM. It brings couples — the actual end customers — directly into bridal fashion week, a sharp move that shortens the distance between the trade floor and the bride’s decision.
That instinct is the story. Bridal markets have always been business-to-business affairs; Mélange de Blanc is betting that letting couples into the room energizes the whole pipeline. With more than 65 brands under one roof and a debut season already in the win column, Chelsea is where bridal’s retail future gets decided this October.
